On Saturday, March 14, 2020, at approximately 7:41 p.m., Columbus Police Officers were called to the area of 1601 Sullivant Avenue on the report of a shooting. Upon arrival, Officers found an injured male, lying in the street, suffering from apparent gunshot wound. CFD Medic 10 transported the victim, later identified as William Dajuan-Mario Campbell, to Grant Hospital where at 8:11 p.m., he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased by attending physicians.

On September 26, 2025 at approximately 10:50-11:00 AM, SUSPECTS walked up the victim resident's driveway in the 2700 block of Freedom Trail confronting her at the front side of her house. Without provocation, SUSPECT 1 began punching victim multiple times in the face causing serious injuries requiring medical treatment. SUSPECTS then fled on foot.
